This building has a wonderful location and advantageous business development conditions. CITYDEL is located on the Zemlyanoi Val Street, 5 min by foot to the metro Kurskaya. CITYDEL is completing the business area in the Eastern part of Sadovoe Koltso.
Building of CITYDEL has 9-12-13 variable levels, floor space of which totals to about 63.5 sq. m. Wire-frame structure is made of monolith ferroconcrete. The front of the complex is designed in modern style using band and stained glass. The technology of the underground separation structure is called “wall-in-soil”. The pillar bay is 8.1 m; the depth of the office floor is 16-8 m. The complex is equipped with a fully automated heating system, air conditioning, 17 speed elevators and complete set of modern telematics. The technical management will be carried out by an automated system.
The new generation Business Center will be constructed using the latest technology, with luxurious shopping and recreational zone designed inside. Also: Fitness center, SPA and swimming pool area, as well as wide range of caf?s and restaurants are planned to be built inside the Complex. The Center is equipped with ground and underground parking lot for 800 cars.
The construction of the Business Center is planned to be finished in summer 2007. CITYDEL will take an honorable place in a line with other TEMA projects.
