The property consists of two high-rise sections, connected by parallel low-rise sections. The first high-rise section is a rectangular spiral tower. “The core” of the section is round, making a uniform core on which the composition of a building spirals. The “Tiled” section has the vertical dynamics, special rhythm used in the architectural decision. The facade is accented by a light natural stone. As well as several sorts of special glass: transparent, dim, and glass of various shades.
